In 2012 Liberté successfully developed Vin Vallée in the pictures town of Wellington. Vin Vallée’s French name is derived from “wine valley”, because of Wellington’s position as a premium wine district that also forms part of the beautiful Western Cape wine route. Lying at the foot of the Groenberg, Wellington was established as a town in 1840 and named after the Duke of Wellington, renowned soldier and conqueror of Napoleon at the battle of Waterloo.
Wellington lies adjacent to Paarl and is a mere 45min drive by car from Cape Town. Because of the great demand in new developments here and the fact that Vin Vallée was sold out in a record one month, Liberté has decided to develop “Kleine Uitsig”, close to Vin Vallée, please search for it here on Liberté’s website.
